PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment Policy: You may elect to pay for your registration via check/money order or by credit card. Please note that all registrations must, however, be secured with a credit card number (your registration will not be processed without it). All registration fees must be received before the start of the convention. If we have not received a check or money order by the time you get to on-site registration, the credit card used to secure your registration will be charged. Convention materials WILL NOT be distributed until all convention fees are paid in full.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations. If you are unable to attend for any reason, substitutions will be accepted, but must be submitted in writing prior to the conference.
